How do I get the transcript of an Instagram Reel?
Install ReelToIdea, open the Reel on instagram.com in Chrome, and press ✦ Turn into idea on the video. The transcript appears in the side panel in about 20 seconds — copy it or save it as a .txt or .srt file.
How do I send a Reel to ChatGPT?
ChatGPT can't watch a Reel from a link. ReelToIdea transcribes it, describes its structure, and opens ChatGPT with all of that already filled in, so the AI understands the video without seeing it.
Does it work with Claude and Gemini too?

Isn't this copying other creators?
